With the popularity of CBD and the potential health benefits associated, demand for Cannabis products are high. The compounds in cannabis has been shown to be beneficial for several health conditions ranging from seizures, PTSD, to even improving symptoms in cancer patients. It involves caring for yourself and your body. Sometimes we go overboard when it comes to health, like all those latest fads and trends telling me what to do now.
Take a step back from all that information overload. Seriously! Check in with yourself. How are you feeling? What did you eat for breakfast? Did it help or hurt you in your goals? Did it satisfy you? Did you work too much this week, and need a little extra rest this weekend? Are you a mother that is burning the candle at both ends taking care of everyone in your life?
