Hemp (CBD) Carrot Cake Bites Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds

  • 1/2 cup golden raisins

  • 15 dates, pitted

  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

  • 1 cup grated carrot

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

  • 3 droppers of Peak Performance Hemp Tincture 1000 mg

Instructions

  • Place almonds, raisins, and spices into a large heavy duty food processor. Pulse several times until well mixed. Add pitted dates and pulse until the mixture is crumbled and will hold together. Add grated carrots and pulse until combined. Add coconut and pulse until well mixed and forms a sticky ball.

  • Roll mixture into 1 to 1 1/2 inch bites. Store in a well sealed container in the refrigerator up to one week.


Makes about 20 bites.  Each bite will contain about 5 mg Full Spectrum Extract.
